If you have provided childcare services for a family or for an individual in England or Wales and have not been paid, you should follow a specific process to enable you to recover the debt. If you have not received payment after following the procedure and are covered under the Childcare.co.uk legal expenses cover, then you can make a claim for legal assistance.

If you have provided childcare services for a family or for an individual in Scotland or Northern Ireland and have not been paid, or are owed money by a business, please follow the procedure as detailed here:
The letter template below is in Word format and should be sent to anyone owing you money. If you have not received payment after 21 days and are covered under the Childcare.co.uk legal expenses cover, then you can make a claim for legal assistance.
