Natalie has been employed by us as a nanny to our twin boys since they were a year old. I could not recommend her more highly - she's reliable, trustworthy and absolutely focused on safety and personal development. Our boys adore Natalie and she brings huge amounts of experience and skill to the role - in her time she has helped us to navigate a variety of challenges, from developing good sleep habits, to weaning and toddler fussiness through to managing illnesses and knowing when to visit the doctor. We will miss her greatly.
