I knew I would be happy to leave my 9 month old son with Nicci within 5 minutes of meeting her. She is kind, warm hearted, knowledgeable and it's clear she loves the amazing job she does. Not only do you get an instant sense of a security and nurture but the organised pre planned and well thought out activities throughout the year for the children she minds is always fun, relevant and educational. My son adores her and her children and has made special friends within the setting. Even though we drive 24 miles daily to get to her I wouldn't swap her for the world.
