My daughter,Ellie, has been with Claire and Paula for the last year, since she was 10 months old and I could not be happier with the care that she has received!

Claire is very open and easy to communicate with. She provides a detailed summary of the day and often sends photos so that I always know what Ellie has been up to. She regularly takes the children out to play groups and the park, and when in the house ensures that they are entertained with reading and singing as well as free play. Her and Paula spend a lot of time talking to the children and teaching them counting, colours etc which I believe has really helped developed Ellie's speech development. Due to her open manner I trust her implicitly and feel I can discuss any concerns I may have with Ellie's sleeping, eating , development etc. Claire is always full of good advice and will work collaboratively with parents, always respecting our decisions and choices.

Not only am I delighted with how the last year has been but Ellie clearly ADORES it there, grabbing her coat / jumping in her pram as soon as I say she is going there in the morning, running up to Claire / Paula as soon as we arrive and even asking at the weekends if she is seeing them :). She obviously has a lot of fun and feels so happy and secure.

I highly recommend Claire and am only reluctantly ending having Ellie there as I am taking a year off work with my second child. If /when I return to work I would be delighted to use Claire again
