About Me
GRADED OUTSTANDING IN JULY 2023. Hi my name is Joanne Turner and have been a Registered Childminder for 26 years. I live with my husband Mark. I have two children of my own whom are 32 and 29 years old, 2 granddaughters whom are 7 years old and 2 months old. My home is detached and situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a quiet location of Lakeside.
I have a spacious playroom for the children to explore, additional conservatory room with all the comforts of home which leads onto the enclosed garden.
My Experience
I have had many children come through my doors in the 26 years. I've been childminding and looked after children from birth to 11 years of age. Currently I have children within my care from 2 to 7 years old.
I provide a warm, rich and inviting environment for the children to explore allowing them to learn through play.
I also offer Nursery Education Free Funding - Upto 30 hours per week for 3 and 4 year olds/15 hours both for 2 year olds and 9 months +

CACHE Level 3 Dipolma In Homebased Childcare - Grade A
Paediatric First Aid
Safe Guarding Children Level 1 and Level 2
Food Safety in Catering - Level 2
Early Years Foundation Stage Training
I deliver Nursery Education, offering free funding for upto 30 hours per week to 3 and 4 year olds/ 15 hours per week to 2 year olds and 9 months +
Training and development is ongoing and many courses/sessions are attended throughout the year to ensure continuous knowledge is obtained to provide the best in quality care.
