Dawn is incredible with children! She is very kind, very thoughtful, soft spoken, and understanding. She manages to make everyone around her, children and adults alike completely at ease. Don't let her cool exterior fool you though, underneath is a ball of fun too! She is so great at coming up with incredibly fun and intellectually stimulating things for children to do. I honestly don't know how she does it all...natural talent I think! I am a bit jealous if I am honest. I would highly recommend her as a childminder or any other role working with children from very young and up.
