Alev looked after my then 16 months old daugther for 3 months every Thursday when I worked from home. I am a very protective mother, who doesn't trust other's looking after my daughter easily but with Alev I always had the peace of mind. She is very friendly, punctual and easy to get on with. She has also been very helpful trying to help my daughter eat, who is a very fussy eater. She can cook variety of healthy meals for children. My daughter really warmed up to her and even sometimes cried as she left. Unfortunately, I had to end my working from home arrangement and get back to working in the office but we are still using Alev for baby-sitting. I can highly recommend her for nanny and baby sitting positions.
Overall
I don’t know what is going on with this person but something is not right. She came twice for interview and we spoke about the job over the phone and through messages several times. She showed lots of enthusiasm for the role and although her communication was a bit erratic, I wanted to give it a try . She then cancelled on the morning she was due to start with a text. Total waste of my time.
