The best nanny around

Jade is an absolutely fantastic Nanny. She joined our family earlier this year and had seamlessly integrated into our lives. A change in our circumstances means that we no longer need a Nanny, and this is not at all a reflection on Jade, who has exceeded our expectations of a nanny in all measures.

We interviewed six people prior to meeting Jade, and weren’t sure if a nanny was going to be the right option for our family. However, as soon as Jade walked in we instantly knew that she was the right fit. She is incredibly kind and warm, and took her time introducing herself to the children so that they were comfortable with a new person in the house. By the time she left our then 2 year old was already asking when she would come back again to play with them.

She is always on time, and totally reliable in everyway. She is as happy taking the kids out during the days as she is setting up activities at home for them, and is always responsive to what they need that day and changing plans to reflect that. She has gone out of her way to form new connections in our local area so that the kids can have some social interaction with other children. She also is invaluable at helping us keep on top of keeping the house clean and tidy - she always leaves rooms tidier than when we left them!

Most importantly the kids absolutely love her and are always happy on the days she comes as they know they are going to have a lovely time.

We were so lucky to find her, and her next family will be equally lucky to find such a great caregiver for their children.

Kind, caring and all-round fabulous

Jade has been with us for over two years. When she started our children where 3 and 1 years, and she has become a much loved and appreciated extension of our family. She has seen the children through potty training, the terrible twos, and now my oldest has started school, through lockdown homeschooling. The children love that Jade really engages with them in their play, they love signing songs, baking, arts & crafts or their little outings to the woods, playgrounds, or when it was still possible pre-lockdown, standalone farm and softplays. Jade managed to get my son to love lockdown homeschooling and thrive, and to balance his homeschooling with also entertaining his little sister.
As a parent, I love that I know my children are in safe, loving hands, and that I can always rely on Jade to arrive on time, and that she takes care of everything - activities, cooking, washing the kids clothes, always coming back to an immaculate kitchen and the toys tidied. Jade is a real gem and I wish we could keep her forever!
