Rachel has been childminding our son for over 18 months, since he was almost a year old. We've felt very lucky to have found her. It's meant a great deal to have someone we can leave our son with knowing that he's happy, loved, and well looked after.
Our son has always been very happy to be taken care of by her, and he trots into her home in the morning, with barely a backward glance. She provides a homely environment for him with varied activities as well as a healthy amount of routine, lots of getting out and about and seeing the world, and a great deal of care and attention. Our son loves her entire family, and her pets. And they're all great with him.
Rachel has always communicated very well with us about what he has been doing and anything that we need to know. She has cooked him healthy meals every day that he has really enjoyed.
The other children that Rachel looks after have become our son's best friends, and they're really a lovely little bunch.
We feel that Rachel has fostered a lot of very positive qualities in our son - he's a good talker, sociable and confident. We would not hesitate to recommend her.

Rachel has been brilliant. She has looked after our daughter for the last two years since she turned one. Rachel always says Mia's like one of her family and the feeling is mutual for her. She's loved her time there and so has her brother for the last few months since he was 10 months. Rachel's house, family and even her pets have been a huge part of our children's lives and we are incredibly grateful to her for the care and affection she has shown our kids. She, and her family, will be missed. Highly recommended!

Rachel is kind, caring and loving to my 2 year old daughter and Zoe just loves going to her, in the mornings when I drop her off she has a big smile on her face and waves goodbye to me. (so important for a working mom)
Every day Rachel plans a a different activity for the children she minds and on sunny days they get to enjoy her beautiful garden playing with all age appropriate toys. Zoe has been so lucky to have had Rachel as her childminder and it is only because of logistics we are moving my 2 year old into a nursery. I have seen progress in Zoe since she started with Rachel, her speech, her behaviour and physical ability. Rachel has patience and a natural flare caring for children and Zoe has enjoyed every day that she spent with Rachel. She will always have very fond memories of her time there.

Rachel has been looking after our little boy since January and we couldn't have asked for more. He hadn't been left with anyone at the point we needed a childminder and I immediately knew Rachel was the right person to look after him. He settled in quickly and she has been so helpful and accommodating with us as parents. She's caring, friendly, takes the children to amazing places and cooks the most delicious food. His manners have also developed hugely and at 15months he uses 'please' and 'ta' already thanks to Rachel! The only reason we had to go is because our old flat (which was flooded) is nearly ready to move back into and our little boy has a place at the nursery by our old flat. He has bonded hugely with Rachel though so we can't bear to say goodbye for good! It's been the best first childcare experience we could have wished for.

Rachel has looked after our son (3 yrs old) since he was 11 months old and has always provided an outstanding level of care and service both to ourselves as working parents and to the children she cares for. We have been hugely impressed with the fun indoor and outdoor 'learning through play' opportunities she continues to engage the children in such as: regular trips to the children's center, parks, farms, museums, play in her outside space and creative indoor activities to name a few.
Rachel is a friendly, bubbly and down to earth childminder who serves as a great role model for the children she looks after particularly in encouraging communication, social and independent skills and especially in having fun!

Rachel is my first choice for childminding services as she is reliable and flexible. She understands that working schedule can be subject to change at last minute. She really supports you as a parent instead of acting as an institution and adding extra stress. She is a childminder because this is what she loves doing and my daughter has always felt comfortable and well looked after in her house.
I recommend Rachel to any parent who wishes for best possible care.

If you are looking for someone who treats your child as one of their own, who genuinely cares about them and takes them out for all sorts of fun adventures when they're in her care then look no further!
I have two children aged 4 and 2.5 years.
I have been very lucky to have Rachel care for my boys since they were 1 and now my eldest is off to school. We are moving house and this is the only reason we are leaving Rachel (we did ask if she'd come with us....)
Using a childminder usually means leaving your child with someone who is essentially a stranger, with Rachel it felt more like a family friend.
