A truly wonderful childminder

When investigating childcare settings for our son, it was a long process. After careful consideration my husband and I decided that a childminder setting would be best for him.

Debbie was recommended to us from a friend and from the day we met Debbie, my husband and I knew she was the one.

Our son has been in Debbies setting since he was 10 months old. He has thrived from all of the experiences and the care that he’s been given during his time with Debbie. He has the best of both worlds, having a very balanced routine, Debbie offers her sessions outdoors and outside her home, in parks, beaches, cafes, soft-play, museums, playgroups and play centres, as well as having the children in her lovely home, with lots of toys, crafts, sing along time and reading books together.

I believe that not only did we inherit into Debbie into our family but also her loving husband and grown up children. Our son absolutely adores them all and is always excited and happy to see them. Meal times are the best, and we are always seeing pictures of him being well fed and Debbies family sharing their snacks and food with him.

Debbie has provided structure and routine but offering flexibility too. We feel that our son has benefited for this the most. She also provides the most amazing updates when our son is in her setting. A large number of pictures are sent to us showing the activities he’s been doing that day and sometimes videos to capture the action. She is fantastic at multitasking and looking after all of the children. Our son has made some very strong bonds with the children he is with and I have no doubt that is due to Debbie encouragement with group play. Within the last 15 months our son has learnt so much and being able to excel and encourage to develop new skills.

Debbies home is very clean and tidy and very well suited for young children. She provides the children room to play, and the freedom to explore.

We receive regular reports on our sons development and Debbie has always provided fair and constructive feedback, always striving to make changes or provide recommendations to get the best out of our son.

I would highly recommend Debbies setting. She is a very experienced childminder and provides a stress free experience for both parents and children. We absolutely adore her. We are always excited to hear about our sons adventures and stories.

An Outstanding Care Setting.

My daughter was in a reputable nursery prior to transitioning to Debbie’s. I wasn’t happy with the level of feedback and personalised interaction in the setting. I observed Debbie quite by chance at a local park. I knew instantly that her approach and interactions with the children with her was exactly what I was looking for.

My husband and I had no doubts after we took our children to visit the setting. Debbie has created a warm, inviting setting that feels like a home away from home. Both my daughters now receive childcare there and both love going.

Their sessions are a nice balance of outdoor and indoor and are creative, seasonal and aid development in all the areas I look for, for my girls. Communication, social skills, group dynamic and more importantly- play and freedom to develop in a caring environment.

Debbie also facilities allergy and dietary preferences and has helped encourage learning around specific conditions for one of my daughters in a peer setting. This reinforced learning at home and improvements for my daughter that I have no doubt, would have taken much longer than it otherwise did.

I received a comprehensive report on my daughters first year with Debbie and the daily feedback is exactly what I was looking for from a childcare provider. I have so many lovely photos that will be cherished in years to come. Debbie sends these daily and is a reassuring visual into what the girls do of a day as well as a written record.

I couldn’t recommend Debbie enough. My children ask to go to her home. They truly love their time there shared with a small peer group. This has also improved my daughters illness level as she picked up infection after infection at nursery.

Outstanding

I spoke to a number of childminders however within minutes of being in Debbie’s house she put me completely at ease with her professional, confident yet absolutely caring manner. She understood my anxieties and talked us through how we could start with our settling in sessions to help my children adapt at their own pace.

My son has been going to Debbie since he was 3 years old and he absolutely loves it! I was so nervous about living him at first ( as a 4 years old he was diagnosed with ADHD) but since day one , my mind has been at ease. She was always including him in every activities, she introduced Makaron language to him (as that time he was non verbal).
Debbie takes care of him as if he were her own and has bonded well with him.
My son has learnt a lot from her and always enjoys going there.


My daughter has been going to Debbie since she was 18 months. She loves going to Debbie house and never once complained about going which speaks volumes!
My daughter always has so much fun when visiting. Baking, crafts, walks and going to the park. No day at the Debbie's house is the same plenty of learning and adventure awaits.

Debbie is always organised and provides you with detailed information and reports. Activities are thoughtfully planned out, facilities are fun and engaging. She has so much energy and idea's to make sure the kids are having so much fun whilst being motivated. She is such a passionate person.Her home is warm, friendly and welcoming.
I receive photos throughout the day so I'm reassured my children are fine and enjoying themselves. I highly recommend Debbie.
My children has grown in confidence and Debbie has contributed to that enormously!


I honestly could not recommend a better childminder.

Absolutely Amazing Childminder

When looking for a childminder to have my twin boys when I returned to work following my maternity leave, as you can imagine as any mother would I had very high standards. I met a few childminders before coming across Debbie on here. We arranged for her to come and meet us as a family and after the 1st visit I knew we had found the right one. My boys were born extremely premature and were still on oxygen over night when they started going to Debbie's at 12 month old. This was something that didn't phase her, was comfortable in what to watch for incase of an emergency, wanted to learn about my boys needs but most importantly I felt confident and was able to return to work because of this.
Debbie has played a huge part in their lives over the last 3 years and they have developed so much and despite initially been developmentally delayed - have now caught up to their peers. I am proud to say they are happy, inteligant, polite little boys.
Debbie provides home from home setting and ensured they had fun whilst learning. We all became very found of Debbie and her family and would 100% recommend her.

Don't think I could have found better than Debbie!

As a first time parent, looking for childcare for my daughter when I needed to return to work was very worrying as the obvious first thought is that you don't know this person looking after your child! After searching and searching I came across Debbie and contacted her. She responded quickly and soon arranged to come to my home to arrange childcare etc. My first impression of Debbie was very positive, she is very polite and approachable. After meeting Debbie and finalizing a childcare schedule for my daughter I felt very confident that my daughter was going into good hands. My daughter started going to Debbie when she was roughly 9 months old and stayed with Debbie until she was 4 years old. I feel that Debbie and her family had a massive positive impact on my daughter's upbringing and supported me and my daughter in anyway possible. My daughter is very independent and polite and I do believe Debbie has had a big part of this. Debbie was excellent at ensuring my daughter was learning at the level appropriate for her age and I could see this in my daughter's progress. I would absolutely 100% recommend Debbie to anybody looking for childcare for their children. I don't believe I could have found a better person to look after my child. My daughter fell in love with Debbie and her family and I believe this is because they done such a good job in providing care for my daughter. Thanks Debbie!!!!! :-)

Fantastic care

My little boy has been with Debbie since September last year, I have complete confidence and trust in Debbie and the care she provides for him.

I find Debbie to be very family orientated, she has been fantastic in accommodating me with my shift work, particularly the early starts.

I would recommend Debbie's day care to anyone.

Excellent

My daughter has been with Debbie for over a year now and has came on great. I feel 100% comfortable with Debbie caring for my daughter. I feel that my daughter has progressed so well while being with Debbie.

Debbie is easy to approach with any questions or concerns. She is very caring and very good with my daughter. My daughter has grown to love Debbie and her family so to me that means she gets the best care possible while she is there.

Debbie is flexible and works around you as much as she can.
5* Child minder and definitely recommendable!
