Unfortunately i have had to set up another account due to this lady blocking my normal account which i can only assume is because she feared a poor review. Unfortunately my experience has been mostly negative. Flexible services were offered and could not be upheld due to too many children being taken on. As mhch as we understand bills hav to be paid this nearly cost me my job. These childminders will also not tolerate ANY illness what so ever. Despite happily charging full fee and refusing my children for much longer than their policies state. Despite on numerous occasions not informing us when their own children were ill and still taking our children. So if your child is prone to gettin illever please be prepared to be refused. My son on many occasions would get upset at home due to be excluded and pushed out by their older children and was seen often to be picked on and teased. If you however request any knformation or question anything stated in their policies and contracts please be prepared for nastyness and pettyness and lots of big worded letters stated they would not even allow contact whilst children are in their care. Advising only to contact through ofsted. This was without any reasonable cause. We requested a copy of our childs attendence records so we can contact ofsted with our grievances and lots of accusations were made but when asked for explanation contact was refused and contract terminated. Luckily we have returned to a previous childminder now who has restored our faith in the service we should have been recieving. Our children are never left in the conservatory to play by themselves and are now always being taken out and recieve lots of interaction. This case has been taken further and we are hoping that many of our grievences will be rectified as a result..but i urge you to read and question any discrepancies in contract, policies and service recieved.
