I started using Emma's childminding services when she first started and I would recommend her with 100% confidence. She is well Reliable and flexible and has been a great support to our family. Our son loves spending time with Emma and her family at their well kept home. Emma treats him like 1 of the family and he usually makes himself right at home round their house. He's always very content and happy when I pick him up after work.

Emma is well organised and professional and communication is brill infact she helps me to get organised and with school holiday dates, being a mum herself she knows when the children will be on there holidays. My son not long started pre-school and I don’t always know what to expect, not to mention me being terribly forgetful so she usually gives me little reminders of dates and things!!!

Emma's enthusiastic and always takes a keen interest in how Luca's doing, she introduced a communication diary for Luca to take to pre school which is great. This is good as Emma and his key worker can work together on Lucas learning and development to ensure they are being consistent in supporting Luca. This is in his school bag for me to read at the end of the day so I can see how his day has gone. I like to read about how he's doing and its also good if I forget to ask something.

As a new mum it was very nervous about leaving our son with someone but I felt 100% comfortable with leaving him Emma and trust that he is in great hands we are expecting again and when the dreaded time comes again where we have to leave our new addition with a childminder we will def be using Emma's childminding services. Excellent all round childminder, you would think she had been doing it for years.
