Hazel was recommended to my husband and I as a trustworthy child-minder by a mutual friend. We had not met Hazel prior to this recommendation.

Amy was 10 months old when I first placed her with Hazel and she settled in very easily and always looked forward to her time with Hazel. Even now at age 5 Amy still talks about Hazel and always in very positive regard.

We always found Hazels home to be welcoming and clean, providing a very positive and happy environment for children. Hazel is very well organised and is a great communicator; giving feedback of Amys day and her development etc.

We found Amy's care to be personal in its delivery and tailored appropriately at all times. Hazel was constantly attentive to our daughters needs. Hazels calm demeanour and her awareness of child safety issues constantly reassured us that Amy was being cared for in a very professional manner.

Amy was able to avail of a wide range of creative, educational and social activities under Hazels direction. Hazels outings were well planned for Amys benefit.

Amy is no longer looked after on a regular basis by Hazel as she is at school now however I do still occasionally use her for childcare in the school holidays. Amy sees a day with Hazel as a real treat as they have such a great relationship and Amy is also very fond of Hazels daughter.

We have previously used other forms of childcare for our older children but without doubt, the care provided by Hazel not only exceeded what we had initially expected from a chlldminder but is of superior quality than our previous experiences.
