My son started at Susie's when he was six months old and has recently moved on to nursery at 2 years 8 months. Throughout this time, we had complete confidence in the care that he received with Susie and her team.

Susie provides a caring, friendly, safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and develop. Communication has always been excellent, with daily written reports and detailed observations and reviews. In addition, Susie always spent time responding straight away to our questions and concerns, offering personalised advice which my husband and I valued very much. Susie is focused on the learning and development of children in her care and, as a teacher myself, this was a shared priority after my son's safety and happiness.

It was really hard to leave my son at the beginning, but knowing he was in such excellent care was extremely reassuring. My son formed friendships and bonds with the other children and adults and had a lot of fantastic experiences and enjoyed his time there very much.

My husband and I feel we made an excellent choice in Susie as a childminder and I would highly recommend her to other parents' looking for similar care for their young children.
