Leah has been looking after my 20 month old for the last 6 months. We had started him at a nursery but he was really unhappy so we decided to try a child minder instead. After just two days there were no more tears, and within a week or so he was happily running into her arms without a backward glance - we couldn't believe it! Leah provides a really happy and secure environment for all the children she looks after, and does such a range of activities it's hard to know how she fits it all in! She is promoting my son's development in all areas and we regularly discuss his achievements and how we can work together to encourage further development. I feel as though she has truly listened to me in terms of what's important to me and how my son is looked after, and she often has really useful suggestions to tackle any problems, based on her broad experience in child care. It is such a lovely touch to receive photos every day that show what he's been up to and how happy he is! Couldn't recommend her more highly.
