I knew from the first visit itself to our first ever childminder Mrs. Josh that she is the one. Both husband and myself were impressed with her calm composure and discipline. We hence decided that we don’t need to look for or meet anyone else for our elder son. Our elder one was 7 years when he started with her. He absolutely loves going to her from the trial day itself. Around 4 months later , our little son started with her. We were not sure whether he would be able to adjust in a new setting as he was only going to be 3 years that time and we were having really bad experience with the nursery he was attending. To our surprise, our little one gelled with her and also the whole family. Our little boy has improved a lot since joining her. I must say it's not just her, the whole family is very loving and caring. My kids are part of their family now and we are very close with each other. I never ever thought I can be this peaceful when I go to work and can trust anyone else other than my parents to look after my kids, but Mrs.Josh proved me wrong ☺. She is a gem of a person and my little one calls her maasi!
To add, she keeps you updated with any important info passed on by school and also works with kids teachers to ensure everything goes on smoothly. Mrs.Josh also sends me reminders about any events or important days in school, which is very helpful when both of us are working and sometimes even though we have everything in our calendars we will miss something.. She is very clear about providing feedback and also checks with us about any concerns we have quite often.
I cannot write everything here as if I start it will never end..I highly recommend Mrs.Josh and can assure that you will not be disappointed for even once while your kids are with her.
