Lauren has worked with us for 7 months, caring for our non-verbal 5 year old son after school. She has been reliable, professional and very patient with our son.
Lauren has a young son herself who gets on very well with our son, and the 2 play together like brothers. She has her own car, and is good at taking them to soft play sessions when they need a break from the home environment. Lauren keeps us updated with photos, videos and text messages so we always know what's going on.
As our son is starting to develop more, it's now time to move him to a different childcare environment. We wish Lauren all the best in finding a new role, and can provide a reference.
