Lauren was a lovely nanny to my two boys, She cared for them from January 2013 when they were 3 and 5 to May 2017. I then re-employed her in September 2018 to January 2020. She is responsible and conscientious, and has a strong work ethic - rarely off and always on time. She loved being with the children and creating fun, and I trusted her completely. She was kind but firm with the boys, and nothing was too much trouble. She created a safe, nurturing and engaging environment but was also able to manage daily routines, unexpected situations and both household and childcare needs with ease and confidence. Nothing was too much trouble, and she was always willing to help, both with the children and helping to smooth the wheels of daily life.

Lauren was compassionate and skilled nanny and I would thoroughly recommend her.
