Our daughter was looked after full time by Annette for over three and a half years (since she was 6 months old). We were exceptionally lucky to find her! From the minute we first met Annette we knew she was going to provide excellent childcare for our daughter and we weren’t wrong. Our daughter settled in very quickly, she was very at ease with Annette. We were also very comfortable leaving our daughter, we never had any concerns.
Annette is bubbly and outgoing, and clearly loves her work, providing a very professional service. She is very reliable and flexible with times and dates; nothing is ever to much for her.
Our daughter quickly developed social and communication skills and confidence ahead of her age during her time with Annette. We were well informed about our daughter’s activities at Annette’s as she provided a daily diary with photos and a detailed description of her day. Annette made notes of any observations meaning we were always fully informed. We often received photos, which was lovely – Annette’s attention to detail is second to none. We also spoke every day and it was a good two-way relationship in looking after our daughter.
Annette has a dedicated playroom, roofed patio and a garden with an amazing array of toys to keep the children engaged. They regularly attended playgroups so that they could interact with other children, and there were always a variety of activities on offer including visits to soft play centre, walks to nearby parks and playgrounds.
Our daughter was incredibly happy with Annette, and never in a hurry to leave which was a true reflection of Annette’s nurturing and caring environment. Even now that Annette isn’t looking after our daughter, we have arranged to keep in contact and she will be looking after her during school holidays. We trust Annette implicitly with our daughter. They developed a strong bond and our little girl is always absolutely delighted to see her. I would have no hesitation in recommending Annette to anyone who is looking for childcare.
