Tally has been with us for 2 separate long periods whilst my husband and I have worked on 2 contracts.
I have had no worries about reliability or care giving. My children have been safe at all times in Tally's care. She has been very conscientious in her treatment of my 3 children. She has great understanding of each of their different personalities and is concerned that they are all happy. Tally has been firm about homework and reading tasks. She has also ensured that any jobs required have been done by the children. She has been imaginative when cooking food and helpful with odd housekeeping jobs. The house is always tidy when I return from work.
I would not hesitate to recommend Tally as a caregiver. We are only letting her go as I will be spending several months at home. I feel that my children have gained someone who they will be able to rely on going forward and who luckily for us all lives nearby.

Tally has been doing preschool pickups and bedtimes for our three year old for over a month now. She has also done some weekend baby sitting and full day adventures. I can’t recommend her enough. She is the most qualified and attentive childcare provider we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Our son adores her and shouts ‘hooray’ when we say she is picking him up. She is thoughtful, kind, firm and caring. I trust her explicitly. Tally took great care to get to know our son, gently and carefully introducing herself. She set up gentle systems to make him feel safe. She understands how hard it is when his parents work away from him and she gives him love and attention. I also love how she respects his boundaries, offering him affection choices and most patient of care. Tally is also firm, fair and I have no doubt would be strict should it require. I feel genuinely very lucky to have found her and we will continue to use whenever we can.

Tally has extensive childcare experience, including working with children and young people with additional needs. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her as trustworthy, reliable and fun; she looked after my two children after school at out home for several months, and I still contact her for ad hoc care and babysitting.

Tally was kind enough to come at very short notice to babysit our lively 4 1/2 year-old son for 2 evenings in a hotel in the centre of Leeds. We felt immediately comfortable about leaving him with her as it was obvious from the get-go that her warm and engaging personality mirrored our inquisitive son's whilst at the same time being firm and imaginative with the relatively limited surroundings (a large hotel room). We can not thank her enough as she allowed us to have some leisure time whilst being fully reassured that our little boy was in good hands. Our only regret is that we had to leave Tally behind when we left to go back to Switzerland but it goes without saying that we shall be in touch again very soon. We wish to extend a formal invitation to her to come and visit us in Geneva as our son was very sad about leaving his new friend behind....

Tally has worked with my family now for over nearly two months .
She has become a valuable member to our family - my two adore Tally and my 23 month old constantly ask after her. She has encouraged my two a 12 month old and 23 month old to read and to be able to enjoy turning pages instead of eating them.
She is considerate and works hard to maintain constant trust and recognises it's maintenance not just being friendly - she is constantly thinking of new ways to encourage the little ones to play In objective ways. So instead of just throwing things they like rolling and manoeuvring. Tally is literally a one woman nursery!

Tally has become a friend and demonstrated her skills in managing my four children brilliantly whilst babysitting. My daughter is looking forward to seeing her again and having her nails painted !! I went out feeling relaxed and confident that my children were in safe and experienced hands.
A pleasire to get to know Tally and hope we will remain friends and working together again soon.

Being new to the area II was very anxious to find a good childminder with whom my two children aged 7 and 5 would feel comfortable with. Tally was very professional in her approach and put me at my ease, the children got on really well with her and they had a fantastic week whilst I was away from home. They love the volcanoes to eat!!! Tally took good care, they had great fun and were well looked after.

We have used Tally for babysitting our 19mth old son. He instantly warmed to her and it was instantly apparent that Tally knew exactly what she was doing and enjoyed what she does. Both my husband and I were 100% comfortable leaving our son with Tally - even though it was his first time with a non family member. Will use Tally for babysitting again soon!
