Sandra has looked after our children for 6 months (her departure is due to a change in our work circumstances). She instantly bonded with our two children and they think the world of her. Sandra has taken great care of them during her time with us, has taken them to socialise with other children to a range of playgroups, she is punctual in the mornings and for the school drop-off/pickup - in short we’ll be sad to see her go.

After much negotiation, meeting with the children etc committed to start with us as our nanny and agreed a start date. After failure to respond to several messages prior to this date she pulled out at the last minute leaving us without care.

As you no wot was going on with my last job you should of understand wot was going on .which I told you and you no why I couldn't start
