Katy has looked after my daughter since she was 10 months old when I went back to work after maternity leave. I found Katy on childcare.com, she was also recommended to me by two friends who she knows on a professional basis.

Katy has a really lovely manner with all the children in her care. She is always kind, calm and patient with the children and all the children are obviously very happy with her. What I particularly like about Katy is that all the children are out and about whatever the weather, always outside, at the wildlife park or at one of the many groups Katy goes to or runs.

Emma is so happy in Katy’s care and really loves her and her lovely family. I’ve been impressed by the variety of toys that Katy has, the time she spends with the children, her lovely family home and the variety of activities that Katy provides. I’ve really seen Emma progress since she’s spent time with Katy and the other children in her care. Whilst she’s pleased to see me at the end of the day Emma is never desperate to go home and always arrives at Katy’s with a smile.

Whenever I’ve visited Katy’s I’ve seen all the children happily and safely engaged. When I’ve been there at dinner times the food has looked and smelt very tasty. I’ve always felt very comfortable to ask questions about Emma and her day, and Katy always fills us in with what she and Emma have been up to.

I would not hesitate to recommend Katy as a child minder, Katy and her lovely family have been wonderful.
