My Summary
About Me
My name is Georgeta and I have 37 years old. I am from Romania and since I moved in LondonI’ve been working with children. I love working with children because they can teach us the small basic things like friendship, love, imagination, joy.
I would like to describe myself as a friendly person, reliable and energetic, capable to create a friendly relationship with children, warm and nice presence with a high sense of empathy and positive attitude, dedicated person, patient, gentle, calm and honest.
I take the utmost pride in my work and get a real reward from seeing children progression whilst in my care. I enjoy working with babies through to teenagers. I love messy play but also being out in the fresh air and going to baby and toddler group to enhance the children’s social skills. I also think it’s important for children to find out about their surroundings by going on nature walks and discovering the outdoors.
I believe the one thing that a caregiver needs above all else is organization and patience. Children need to have a sense of stability, but also need to be allowed to have a bit of freedom in their own action as well. Working with children gives me great pleasure watching them grow and develop into young adults. I apply the firm but fair approach with children and I am very loving and patient. I try to teach good manners and do this in a fun way so they can see it as positive rather than negative things. I am very fair, but I am firm if/when needed. I have the aptitude to develop dynamic and educative activities, using art tools to make them more entertaining, reading books, drawing, baking, dancing, and singing.

Georgeta contacted me on Thursday and was very keen to meet my daughter and I. On Friday afternoon when we scheduled our meeting for she did not turn up. She did not call ot text as well which I still find very strange considering she had my mobile number. I find that behaviour very rude and unprofessional. It must be a reflexion on her work culture too.
