More than we could've hoped for
We were given Naomi's details when we were recommended her through friends whose child was currently under her care in 2020. We had just moved out of London in the pandemic and I was overwhelmed with a 7 month old first baby, a new area with long waiting lists for nursery's and huge costs for childcare. From the very first call with Naomi, in which she introduced herself and her incredible children, I knew that she was who I wanted to care for my son. Since that time our twin daughters have also been looked after by her from the age of 11 months through to 3 years old, and despite twins being a handful at the best of times, Naomi was not phased at all by the challenge. She was happy to do milk feeds, support nap times, and care for my girls as individuals - which was hugely important to us as parents.
Naomi provides a calm, fun, loving home for children, with activities throughout the week covered by attending small local playgroups and local parks. She provides thorough feedback on children's development daily, and through yearly reports. And if I ever had any concerns about my children's development she was always keen to discuss further to consider how to support this area.
My children have grown to adore Naomi and her family, and even though they have now all moved onto school settings they will talk about their time with Naynay so fondly, and often request to go and visit her. As a busy, working mom who felt guilty returning to work so early in my children's life, Naomi created a home from home, and truly cared for my children in a way I could've only hoped for. I feel incredibly lucky to have stumbled across Naomi at a time when things were so uncertain; and her kindness, patience and loving nature has meant that my children have thrived in their early years.
