I would highly recommend Aferdita. She is a wonderful nanny who absolutely loves children. She is always very calm, caring and considerate with my baby who was 6 months old when Aferdita first started working for us.
It has been a few months now and Aferdita is always there when I need help, even at short notice. Aferdita always puts my baby first and enjoys playing with her and it's lovely to see my baby smile whenever she sees Aferdita, that makes me happy as a mother too as I know then that Aferdita is doing a wonderful job.
As long as Aferdita is around I will not consider using any other nanny, she is the best one you will ever find, her warmth, love for children and wealth of experience as above anyone else.

I have been leaving my 17 month old daughter with Vanessa for over 10 months now and I am more than happy with my decision.
At first like most parents I had worries about leaving my child and about how she would cope there, but I needed have worried as Vanessa is a extremely hardworking, caring and creative childminder!
She takes the children out to the local children centres and parks, and every few months all the children complete a theme on a display board such as spring, easter, chinese new year, christmas where they create wonderful pieces of art which have included a pasta shell necklace, a father's day trophy, rabbit paintings made using hand prints to name a few things! Of course I know my daughter is quite young to actually make these things herself but it is so lovely to know that she is learning and having fun at the same time! Best of all I get to keep her lovely work!
Vanessa is very easy to communicate with and she respects my wishes to use organic food and products on my baby and when I pick her up I always have the opportunity to ask her any questions about my child.
Vanessa also keeps all parents updated by keeping daily diaries of each child which includes photos of their day, what they've eaten, what activities they did and logging any developmental milestones they have made via the megaminder website which I can log into and check anytime. Vanessa also keeps a lovely picture book on each child for parents to have a look at anytime.
I've said an awful lot here but I just wanted to put across that if your're a parent who wants a childminder who is hardworking, attentive, caring, considerate, calm, creative, has excellent communication skills and will promote your child's development and will let them have fun at the same time, then look no further than Vanessa!

Aferdita has been looking after my 20 month old daughter for over a year now and I have recently been leaving her at Aferdita's house after inspecting the property.
Her flat has been adapted to care for children with health and safety issues taken into consideration and also with a whole array of toys ranging for all ages.
While at the flat Aferdita has also reassured me that her daughter (named Orlinda) is on hand to help her also and that she has experience of working in a nursery. Aferdita has also told me that if she is not available her daughter is also happy to help us look after our baby.
I just thought I'd make parents aware of this as at times it is quite difficult to get quality childcare, but Aferdita has been helping us over a year now and I trust her entirely to know that her and her daughter will look after my baby well. Between them they have so much warmth and kindness and childcare experience that I know my baby is in good hands.
