I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Helen to anyone who needs some help (and some sleep!) with their newborn. Helen was with us for nearly 3 months and was absolutely brilliant with our baby (and he absolutely loved her!). He had issues with reflux and cow's milk protein allergy and Helen spotted what was going on straight away and gave us professional and very helpful advice to help with his feeding and sleeping. Even with his issues, Helen helped us establish his routine and he was sleeping through the night at 4 months old! As well as being brilliant at her job, Helen is also a joy to have in the house and I still miss our little chats!! We miss you Helen!!
