My eldest started with francisca last year. I was worried as was new to the area and i didnt know hhw well my girl would settle. She was very accomodating of the fact that i was in an 8 week training course for my work and may not be long term. As it turned out, I had a need for childcare beyond that and was happy that my daughter was settled. She sees Francisca almost as an aunty now. Both of my children now go to francisca for a few hours every day (boy 5 and girl 9). They get on well with her, Graham and the children.
Francesca is firm but fair. The kids have rules which is exactly what I want. She is never harsh or unfair. Highly recommend.
