Sue was so professional, kind and helpful. At the last second she agreed to taking on extra children (cousins) for the evening. The age range was 3 years to 9 years. The children, including one with ASD, were all comfortable, happy and crucially in bed asleep when we got back!

Before this one off request she took time to meet us with the children and see the arrangements in the house.
