Mum to two boys aged 10 and 8. 8 year old has ASD.
My Requirements
Need help minimum 23 hours per week outlined below. Based on my work/travel requirements likely to go up including some evenings, I will be able to produce a two-weekly rota to ensure there are no surprises.
Monday- 12.30-5.30
Tuesday- 12.30-5.30
Wednesday - 2.30-7.30
Thursday - 12.30-5.30
Sunday 9.00-12.00 (could move slightly based on match times)
My boys say they want a 'chill' nanny as they like their independence and ability to choose what they like to do. The job will mainly be spending time with my 8 year old son as 10 year old is quite self sufficient. My 8 year old son has ASD, obsessed with legos and loves a play companion who would listen to his needs. At 3.15pm my 10 year old son needs to be picked up from school so driving and having a car is essential. Occasionally longer if I am at work events or on business trips. I will need longer hours support during school holidays.
The job will mainly involve playing with the boys if they want it, giving them snack, preparing their lunch/dinner and ensuring the 8 year old has his needs met.
