We only had Hana watch our one-year-old for a period of two months, but we wish we could have stayed with her longer!!! (We moved to another county shortly after my maternity period ended).

At our first introduction, Hana was a calm and friendly presence. She gave our son all the time and space he needed to get accustomed to her and her home, which resulted in him feeling more than happy for us to leave him there the days and weeks that followed. At our last pick-up, he couldn't stop waving goodbye to her. Hana was truly his first friend (such was life in COVID lockdown :) ).

At the drop-offs in the morning she would always ask how our son was, and she was always free for a quick de-brief when we would pick him up again. We very much appreciated her advice when asked for, and with a fantastic play space and daily trips outdoors, it will be difficult to replace her.
