We highly recommend Nanny Rae! She joined us when our baby boy was 6-weeks old, and she stayed with us for 6 weeks. Before she joined us, we really struggled to develop a sustainable sleeping/feeding routine. As a result, we had been completely exhausted before we met Nanny Rae. Luckily we found her, and she worked her magic straight away: two days in, our baby could fall asleep by himself in the cot bed (without us having to walk up and down endlessly, trying to settle him). Nanny Rae and mommy then worked very well together, thoroughly taking stock every day of all the things that happened, and worked out an organised structure of feeding/sleeping times etc. By the end of her stay, Nanny Rae achieved that we could drop the middle of the night feed, so that mommy could sleep through the night.
