Alessandra has been casually babysitting my two children in 2019/20. At the time they were 1 and 4 years old. She always arrived on time with a big smile on her face. The kids both loved being in her company. She was always very reliable, she never cancelled a babysitting. She is very experienced, I never had to explain things twice, she managed to take care of both my kids, especially during bed routines that sometimes can be tricky with two.
