I have reached out to Gemma when my daughter was about to start school as she had a couple of days at home. Gemma arrived on time, smiling and very attentive, and from the beginning it became obvious that she was very organised and able to handle any situation. She was able to establish a relationship with my daughter straight away, as she comes across as very warm, kind, and approachable. Despite me not asking her, she tidied up after my daughter and left everything in good order. She also made her snacks and lunch, again tidying everything up. As my first experience with an external nanny/sitter I could not recommend her enough. My daughter was very happy, challenged in her learning and did not get bored or overwhelmed. I could not have wished for a better experience! Thank you Gemma for putting your capable hands at our disposal!!
