Lisa arrived promptly for the job, checking with me the morning that no arrangements had changed. My child was still awake and Louise intelligently took on the situation and interacted with our son in accordance to his Sen requirements.
When I check in after 30 mins. Lisa informed me that he had settled 10 mins after we had left. So we will be using Lisa again and pleased that he settled for her so promptly.
