My little girl started with Rachel when she was 1 and I couldn’t be happier with the care she has provided so far. Rachel is sensible approachable caring and very well qualified. I especially like the way she tailors care to each child and their home routine which made settling in very smooth and reassuring. She is genuinely interested in each child’s different charecteristics and the family home setting with lots of love is exactly the environment that I wanted when I looked for a childminder. I trust her completely, she always puts the children first, has a very clean and tidy home lovely toys and up to date equipment eg car seats. She is also very helpful and has gone out of her way to help when she can/provide flexibility which has been invaluable to me as a shift worker. Great communication provides daily updates including lovely photos, in depth monitoring of progress and learning and a joint approach with any issues that arise. I would highly recommend Rachel’s little stars.
