Highly recommended

Helen is fantastic childminder, she and her husband Scott create a lovely family atmosphere and always make an extra mile to keep children happy. Our little one was 9 months old when we started childcare with Helen and I could not imagine a better setting for her. She’s learnt so much including her first steps, songs and words. Helen provides various arts and craft activities, music time and organises parties for the children when there is a big event. Helen also provides a great routine, with the children getting out for walks every day. Helen has provided a professional service, keeping us up to date with health and safety information as well as quickly responding to any messages during the day. We couldn’t recommend Helen’s childminding service highly enough and are very happy that our daughter settled in so well there.

Fantastic Childcare

My daughter has been in Helen’s care since 8.5 months old and is now almost 3. As many parents know, returning to work from maternity leave is very daunting and i am so pleased I chose Helen to look after and nurture my little girl while I was working. Helen is one of the most kind and compassionate ladies you could meet and my daughter adored her. Being a mother herself to 4 pleasant and well mannered children, Helen goes above and beyond to meet all needs and requests and is more than happy to offer advice when it is needed.

Every morning my daughter was delighted to see Helen and couldn’t wait to spend the day at her setting, which is amazing to see and a massive comfort to any parent. If anybody in the Baffins or local area is in need of childcare, then look no further. Helen is absolutely fantastic x

Excellent Childminder highly recommended

Helen and Scot have looked after our little boy since he was 5 months old, Now at the age of 2 unfortunately circumstances mean we must change, He has always seemed very happy with them and loved the activities. Helen has helped with advice along the way and we saw our boy grow and advance during his time there. A very professional and personal service given.

Highly recommended

Helen and Scott have cared for our daughter since 14 months. She will be leaving a very happy, healthy and confident young lady. Being a new mum everything is new to me and Helen has helped with any advise I asked for. She also helped with the asthma problems my daughter has had and has been very understanding and caring. I think the mothers and fathers day cards and gifts are very thoughtful and the kids parties she throws are a great touch. I would recommend Helen's Childminding to anyone.

Amazing childcare

Helen and Scott have been caring for my son since he was 6 months old while I went back to work and they have been amazing and we are genuinely sad that he won’t be going to her anymore. He loves every minute of it, he has more fun at Helens than with mummy and daddy. I couldn’t have found better childcare and I hope in the future, he and his new brother can go back to her, she’ll definitely be the first person I contact.

Really caring and attentive childminder

Helen has provided holiday cover for my 23 month daughter and I cannot recommend her enough. My daughter settled with her really well. I love Helen's attention to detail and set up and she really cares for the children as she works around their routine. Healthy snacks and fruit is provided free of charge. I will definitely consider Helen for full time childminding in the future if my current arrangements change.

Cared for our daughter from 9 months

From day one Helen and her husband Scott and their whole family have made our daughter welcome. The care they provide is phenomenal, they welcome her each day with open arms and she often cries when I pick her up! She loves her trips to the park, playing in the garden and all the sensory activities Helen offers. I CANNOT recommend Helen and Scotts services enough!!

Very Happy

My daughter was very happy with Helen. A great family enviroment. The only reason we don't use Helen at the moment is because my little started school full time. We hope to be using her services again during school holidays.
