We cannot speak highly enough of Ilona and the care she provides our eight month old daughter. It was a daunting prospect to return to work and leave our baby in someone else's care but with Ilona, we feel safe in the knowledge that she provides our baby with wonderful care and a fantastic, really stimulating time. Her development is coming on leaps and bounds and Ilona updates us regularly with photos that show us what a varied, fun time she is having. Ilona notices the smallest of details about our daughter and provides what feels like a really positive partnership in finding ways to encourage her and respond to her changing needs and interests. It is lovely to see the bond they have formed - our baby adores her!

Ilona personally is so lovely and accommodating. We and our daughter would not be without her.
