Amazing nanny and person

Kassie looked after our son Ray from 4 months until he was a year old, when we moved him into a childminder setting with other children. From the first day I felt comfortable with Kassie in our space, and confident she was the best person to look after Ray. He loves her and it is sad for all of us not to be seeing Kassie regularly as we have been! This is my first child and I learnt alot from Kassie too, I could ask her questions, she has a lot of experience to share, but never pushes it on you. She is straight forward and says things how they are. Kassie is totally reliable and on time, and will always try to make the hours work. Always updating with just the right amount of information. She was born in London and knows the N16 area very well, taking Ray to stay-and-plays, libraries, farm parks, play parks... Her knowledge in general is up to date and grounded. Also she is fun to speak with and makes the experience of first-time parenting very enjoyable. We could not recommend Kassie enough. It is a lucky family who works with her next!

Experienced, fun and responsible nanny

Kassie looked after Luna from 6 months to 2.5 years. She worked part-time on a live-out basis. Kassie quickly became a part of our family and Luna grew attached to her. Always smiling and laughing, Kassie brought sunshine into our home and Luna's life. Kassie is extremely responsible, reliable and honest. She always arrived on time, and requested absence on only one or two occasions (due to illness). She has two kids of her own, a lot of prior experience and her Mum works in a childcare setting. All of this meant that she brought a wealth of experience, knowledge and advice, which was a huge plus for us as first time parents. As a person, Kassie is easy going and a genuinely nice person. She always kept us informed about their day, including sending us lots of pictures (during and at the handover). Kassie is originally from London, so she knows all the areas and what they have to offer in terms of activities for children. She was also open to trying out new activities with Luna we suggested. Also, Kassie goes above and beyond. For example, when Luna got very ill, Kassie came with us to the hospital and stayed and helped. She brought books and toys for Luna that she thought Luna would like. She also cooked meals for us a few times when we were very busy at work (even though it was not part of our arrangement). We highly recommend Kassie and we think she will be a huge asset to any family!!
