About Me
I am a 27 year old Social Worker who has a degree in a Social Work. I have experience working directly with children, I have worked in my current job for five years. I love working with children and I am looking for some evening baby sitting work whilst I save for my wedding :) I have also been a Nanny before. I have my own car and have had my license since November 2014.
My Experience
I have completed two placements whilst being at University. My first placement was 70 days in Child Protection, which I absolutely loved. My second placement was 100 days in adult mental health. I also had a part-time job at Big Space in Harpenden. I also have 100 hours work experience working in primary schools across Harpenden. I was a Nanny for five months at the beginning of 2015 to a family with two young children and 9 months in 2019 before starting my social work career in 2019 where I have been ever since.
My Qualifications
I have a degree in BA (Hons) Social Work. I have 5 GCSE's from A-C in Maths, English Language, English Literature, Drama and ICT. I also have Health and Social Care BTEC qualification D*D* and EPQ at grade C. I am not a registered childminder however I have a full CRB check.
My Availability
I am available every day and I have a very flexible availability. I have no other job or school work.

Sophie has looked after our 8 year old son on a regular basis since June 2018. She has collected him from after school club, made his dinner, overseen his homework and played with him. She has also looked after him in school holidays. She is a kind and caring person and our son has had a lot of fun with her. We enjoyed working with her very much.
Overall
she came with no experience and promised to learn everything. so i helped her all through the job for 3 days, taking off from the work so she settles quickly but she couldn't cope up even for 4 days. she's nice but not ready to be full time nanny. she texted on Saturday saying can't come on Monday because it's too tiring for her.. was highly disappointed and hope she understands the full extent of childcare because committing
