Amber really is an amazing childminder. Our son has been with her for just over a year and he loves going to her house.
Amber takes the kids out everyday, making sure they get plenty of fresh air and exercise. She also feeds them healthy and hearty food and sends us updates and pictures of our son daily. We immediately felt assured with Amber, our son can be a bit of a wild one, but she put us at ease with her knowledge in raising boys, having 3 of her own - who are all lovely kids who take good care of our boy. She has all her certificates, knows paediatric first aid and is registered with Ofstead, her house is clean and tiday, our son is always well cared for and happy when we collect him. He never cries when he’s dropped off!
Amber has really helped our son with his vocabulary and communication, and she does all sorts of sensory learning exercises with him.
Amber also threw the kids little parties for Easter, Halloween and Christmas and she even done our son a little birthday party too which was very sweet of her. We honestly can’t thank her enough for taking such good care of our boy, it’s hard letting someone else take care of your child but I’m so glad we found her, we couldn’t have asked for a better childminder. Our son will really miss her and her family when he starts pre-school.

My daughter has been with amber since she was one and she will soon be turning three. She settled really well with amber and has grown and learnt so much over the time she has been under her care. Amber is patient and caring and teaches the littles lots of useful skills such as tidying, sharing, kindness along with many others. She has been super supportive with potty training most recently and I feel my daughter has definitely benefitted from the homely setting provided. She has loved being with amber and it’s bittersweet moving her onto preschool. I know my daughter will miss amber as will I. Amber is brilliant with communicating giving me daily updates on the basics such as naps, toilets and food (which is varied and balanced and my daughter always enjoys) and shares more when I ask. She is also organised and has given plenty of notice for holidays etc. Very highly recommended. We will miss amber a lot.

My son has been with amber since 10 months old and is now 2, right away myself and my son where made to feel comfortable with Amber, I receive daily pictures and updates of what he is doing, eating and naps had throughout the day.
As soon as I pick my son up he tells me all about his day and is always so happy.
Amber really makes a home from home environment and my son adores her and her family and is always talking about them.
Amber is extremely flexible and very reliable I could not fault her.
Due my second baby soon we will be sad to say goodbye to amber and her family but so grateful that we found her!

My daughter has been with Amber since she was 9 months old, and she is now two. Originally my daughter at 9 months (and me!) suffered from separation anxiety, but Amber was very accommodating to a longer transition settling in period, and now my daughter walks into Ambers without looking back! Amber does so much with the children she is looking after, and it’s nice to know that when I’m at work my daughter is having fun and being well looked after. Amber is also flexible, responsive and great at communicating what my daughter is up to and how she is, which is a great relief! My daughter absolutely adores Amber and her Family - she talks about them often. I feel very lucky to have found Amber!

Amazing child minder. So flexible which is needed with working parents. Amber is always really observant and is aware when my son may be getting unwell or just not himself. She started a watts app group for mum and dad and we get regular pictures throughout the day which is so nice and reassuring. My son was very clingy to mummy and daddy prior to starting with amber but once he started with amber She has managed to break this cycle and now is more friendly with other people. Amber also offers a great range of activities and they visit lots of different places which keeps my son interested. I was also very worried about his speech at one point and raised my concerns to Amber , she did lots of activities to help with his speech and within a month we started to see a big difference.
Can’t recommend enough coming from an anxious mum. Wouldn’t send him any where else.

Amber has been looking after our daughter for almost two years now and it’s like a second home to my daughter who is 3 years old. She is really happy there and although she is super active and a cheeky little lady, she has a very strong bond with Amber, they get along really well. They do loads of activities, they are always out and about (when it’s permitted), they visit farms, parks, play groups and do loads of other stimulating activities. I just love to see how much my daughter is changing day to day and always learns something new. I can’t recommend Amber enough, she is great with children and creates a home atmosphere away from home.

Where do I start with Amber. When I was desperate for someone to look after my 1 year old, Amber stepped in and was a life saver. An absolute gem of a person. Very flexible and the communication is just brilliant where we were kept updated on how our son was with photos which is great for a concerned parent. Just gave her the dates when we needed child care and she was always willing to help. She even takes them to the park, soft play etc. Very hard to find someone as reliable as her. Thank you for everything Amber.

I could not be happier with the care Amber provides for my son. Since his first day there she has done everything to make sure he always feels loved and taken care of. She is very accommodating which is so helpful with mine and my husbands schedules and has never let us down. My son loves her so much- one of his first words was “Amer” (his version of Amber).
When we pick him up he is always clean, dry and well fed. She takes him to different play groups every day, to the library, to singing groups and more. One day they even made a cake! Amber sends my husband and I daily pictures and updates on his naps and what foods he has eaten. My son spends a lot of time there due to our hours and they have all made him feel like part of the family. I could not ask for more!

I highly recommend Amber. My son is 2,5 now and has been with Amber for 1,5 years now twice a week. He loves it. She is very caring, I trust her 100%. Some of my friends childminders are sitting at home all day, but Amber is nothing like that. They always go out to playgroups, parks, farms etc .
Her home is very safe and food is healthy.
Amber is bubbly, full of energy. Her whole family is very nice and friendly. My son loves playing with her children. He literally cannot wait when I say 'We are going to Amber'
I get everyday a message saying what were they doing, eating etc She also takes lots of pictures which I get almost everyday.
I will recommend her to all my friends and family

Amber has been looking after my 2 children (age 4 and 5) for over a year, my son is the same age as her middle one, both very active and full of energy. She is very bubbly, understanding and extremely flexible, never had a problem accommodating my changing schedule, sometimes in that last minute. She has lots of toys, a nice big house and a secure garden which is a bonus for my takes them to parks and playground often.
Definitely recommend her to anyone!
