Unfortunately we were let down by this babysitter. Despite confirming that she would be coming to babysit in the evening, she failed to turn up. No phone call or message and did not answer my calls.

hello, we had agreed for me to babysit on the 28th which it is not yet the 28th so this is very unfair feedback.
I have not had any calls from your number as I have your number saved.
I feel you should re-consider this feedback as it is unfair,
you haven't given me a chance to turn up as we are only on the 25th!
