We have four children and have never had a nanny. it was a concept that is quite alien to me and I’ve never thought I needed and just battled on with the juggle of work, family life and a very hectic child schedule.

However, as our children have grown up daily life has become more challenging and demanding with activities, school work, a new baby and also some neuro diversity thrown into the mix!! We desperately needed help!! Julie has just stepped in and worked wonders. She works effortlessly around what we need from helping our children with their homework. Julie is meticulous & consistent with this and they have both developed tremendously. I no longer go to bed on an evening with a knot in my stomach that they haven’t done their reading or spellings or maths work. Consequently I have been able to focus alot of my attention on our teenager who needs a lot of help currently and also our 9 month old. I get to enjoy the start of the weekend without stress over all the work that’s built up over the school week.
In addition to the above Julie is very traditional in her approach and will read stories, play board games and identify areas that could really benefit the family except she does all this without judgement and just her experience. I’ve been able to instill new ground rules in our house that have helped me and benefited the children significantly.

I feel like I’ve got a friend and back up in the house to support me when everything is just getting too much, she really is wonderful!
