Gayle has looked after Arran since he was 8 months old. The only reason he is stopping with Gayle is he is now 3 and is going to nursery. Gayle has been absolutely amazing, the bond she has with arran is incredible. I felt at ease whenever Arran was with Gayle. Gayle communicated daily with pictures, messages and a diary. I was always kept up to day with his development progress. Arran felt so safe and comfortable at Gayles and always loved going. Gayle has been with Arran through a lot of his milestones, from bottles to food, nappies to the toilet. I am really happy with Arrans development and I know he is ready for nursery this is because Gayle has been amazing with him. We are absolutely gutted to be leaving! Arran just loves Gayle! Thank you for everything Gayle.
