Awful service and professionalism!Please avoid
I had a horribel experience with Lisa.Initially,I have visited her and she didn’t mention anything about settling in session even though i did mention i have no idea about childminders because muhammad is my first child.Anyway i trusted her, started Muhammad with her and on first day she gave me a contract to sign which i couldn’t sign as it was my first day at my work after maternity.Before starting him off i informed her that my tax free childcare account has been locked and i have requested new password they have some technical issue and it might take few days to access the account.She keep on sending me msg asking for payment.And i have called them and they have done manually but stated it will take 3-4 days to appear in child minder account.Finally,I got time to read the contract and my child goes to her part time and in contract she mentioned to pay 4 weeks paid holiday.Next day, when i went to drop my child she asked me about contract and i said i am not happy about few things i will discuss with you and then will sign.So when i went to pick my son,i mentioned about 4 weeks paid holiday and she answered that’s the contract all other parent sign.No make up sessions incase child has doctor appointment.To be surprise while i was talking to her.Her husband jumped in the conversation and started shouting on me and asked me to leave house.However,the next day payment hit her account and she was quite but to my surprise she didn’t give any receipt.When i asked her she said she send me an email and i have informed her i haven’t received any email.And when she sent me screen shot of email.She din’t mention any details of child, ofsted no, name or anything about type of childcare.I wonder how ofsted gave her outstanding. She has zero professional.I asked her to provide me letter mentioning all the details even send her what i needed on letter or email she actually blocked me.

I am sad that you the need to write this review, after 16 years of childminding this has never happened to me. As you know you did not ask for any settling time as you wanted an immediate start - I always do free of charge settling in sessions. You did not like my contract because of holiday pay which you failed to discuss with me as you refused to sign the contract and when you came to my home to discuss you were rude and aggressive to me in front of my family so my husband, quite rightly , asked you to leave. As you were only with me for 18 days I would not have expected you to pay the holiday pay. I reduced my hourly rate for you and I also provided meals for mohammud as you did not and I dont provide meals which was stated when you came back to me after visiting a couple of other childminders and turned up back at my door after 6pm. You did not pay me for a whole week after I provided care which I duly asked you what was happening and when I spoke to the payment office they said you could have paid straight away and there is still an Outstanding amount You gave me 2 different names and drove from Croydon every week with no proper address in Borehamwood. My setting is Outstanding and the service I provided was outstanding. I delivered what was expected of me under very demanding circumstances from yourself being quite rude at times no please or thankyou and constantly sending me messages during the day even when I sent constant updates to you, you still berated my service. I have also given you all the information you asked for, but dont have headed notepaper!
I refuse to comment any further as my reputation speaks for itself as do my qualifications and 2 OUTSTANDING OFSTED REPORTS
