Nicole has been taking care of our twins since they were 5 months old till 2y/o, working full time and even overtime sometimes. They had a really great connection. They are 4,5 y/o now and still include Nicole when counting all family members 😊 Two things about her that were essential for me - 1) Nicole is very professional, responsible and reliable and 2) she really loved my kids and cared for them. They enjoyed greatly spending so much time with her. I would be happy to have her again taking care of our new born baby but she is looking for a part-time role only now, which doesn’t fulfil our current needs. Any family would be lucky to have her!
