My Requirements

I am a professional working business woman with two boys on my own. We are moving to Harrogate from Christmas and they will attend a private school locally so the role will start later in the day to collect them for school, cooking, food shopping, cleaning, washing, organising anything to do with them.

I will need an overnight stay sometimes, but the times of these will always be given in advance and I can work around the nanny’s own diary. I travel and can be away due to work commitments but the house is very spacious and a two minute walk into Harrogate town. When staying for overnight there will be your own space and guest bedroom and partners are welcome to stay.

Days are flexible but I would like to know I have someone at least three times a week and one of those days is a longer day ideally the first day of the working week to make cupcakes, meal prep, clean, tidy and put away boys stuff and other items. A healthy diet and food is essential as my 8 year old is a Type One diabetic so nutrition, health and well being is extremely important.

I run my business from home so always around to support you at the start. I am out a lot in the day for sports, interviews or meetings.

The rate of pay is:
£12 - £15 per hour with overnight at £50 for sleeping over.
A car is needed and your petrol will be paid for any trips and days out. Some travel abroad and coming on holiday will be offered.

My 8 year old has T1D so in an ideal world someone who has previous experiences. If not training can be provided.

In the school holidays my boys would spend some time with their dad down south or abroad so when this happens you would not be required to work but the dates and diary time for this would be given in advance this would give you about 8 - 10 weeks off a year The boys live with me full time.

My boys love the farm, animals, other children, surfing, skate boarding, arts and crafts, reading books, colouring, cinema, pizza, making food and being active daily. They are very well behaved and polite boys with good bedtime routine. I want someone to be part of my family and one I hope that would be with us a long period of time.
