I never thought I could trust anyone with my daughter when it came time for me to go back to work full time. Given she was born during the first lockdown and is an only Child I was very worried how she would cope and how I would too.
Finding Natalie alleviated these fears. When I do pick up my daughter, I always get a happy, well fed baby, who has had a day full of play, learning and fun.
Natalie's briliant communication and open and honest approach is very effective and was very reassuring, especially in the early days when I struggled leaving my daughter. However seeing how my daughter has come on in leaps and bounds under Natalie's care, reassures me I made the right choice and that is down to Natalie's dedication and nuturing environment she has created.
