Extremely unreliable and unprofessional
I would not recommend anyone to use Alexandra. I had arranged for my 19 month old daughter to start with Alexandra 2 weeks ago. Despite Alexandra's previous bad review I thought I would make my own opinion and found her to be very professional, warming, welcoming and compassionate. My daughter was due to start settling in sessions next week.
I had not had any further communications from Alexandra, so when I made contact to confirm dates I was told that she had been meaning to message me and that she no longer had space for my daughter as she was taking on a sibling of a child she already looks after. I feel the way this was handled was extremely unfair, unprofessional appalling, and completely unacceptable! We had made an agreement and I now have been left with 2 weeks to put something in place for my daughter. She is not loyal to new customers, and will let you down at short notice!

With relation to the review given, I was asked by a current parent to take their child sibling. As NO contract had been signed nor had a deposit been provided nor had any communication taken place from the time they left the setting two/three weeks ago I felt that I had to priorities with my current family.
I informed the parent as soon as this had happened and apologised but due to OFSTED regulation and ratio it would have taken me over my numbers and would have been unprofessional to have gone against Ofsted regulation.
