I had a whole month to find a nanny and I had settled on Svetla who did a trial on day different days and then confirmed that she was interested and was happy to work long term. Worked one day and then disappeared a few hours after starting her shift sending an EMAIL 5 minutes after leaving at lunch time saying she has had an emergency. She could have at least done the day and I would have understood. Highly unreliable and unprofessional. It’s absolutely shocking. I wasted a whole month when I could have had someone reliable.
