Shalena has been looking after my children as a part-time nanny and babysitter for the past five years - from when my children were aged two and a just a newborn. She engages with the children beautifully; she is calm, fun and nurturing. Shalena has a gentle authority and is able to set/maintain boundaries with children and they respond well to this. She is organised, reliable and trustworthy. My son has special educational needs and Shalena has been able to understand him and get the best out of him in an exceptional way. We always feel comfortable having her in own home. I absolutely recommend her - she is wonderful!
